What kind of photo works best?

One clear, reasonably lit photo where the face is not tiny or in deep shadow. A phone photo is perfectly good. Big photos are resized automatically.

Will the name I type be spelled correctly?

Yes, and it is not luck. What you type is typeset onto the print file by our software rather than drawn by the AI, so accents and unusual spellings come out exactly as entered.

What if I do not like the artwork?

Then do not buy it. The preview is free and you can try another style. Nothing is charged until you approve what you can see.

How long until it arrives?

Printing takes 2–4 working days and delivery usually 3–8 more. Your own date and shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

It arrived damaged. Now what?

Send us a photo of the damage within 30 days and we reprint or refund it. There is nothing to send back.
